i apologize for the absence, my computer has been offline (sob) for quite some time. just ran some cat5 through the attic, so my connection is back up (although it's only dialup. SHARED dialup. max 26.4 kbps at that. i hate living in the boonies) whatever, it gets the job done (albeit very slowly)

i think i just fucked up my parents computer - i was bout to back it all up and install XP on it and now the hard drive won't boot...fuck fuck.....
UPDATE:: yep, i wiped the partition, but i'm now running GetDataBackNTFS on it - the demo program though. last time i used GetDataBackFAT the demo *said* it was restricted but really wasn't, i hope that's how this is....cause it's fuckin $129!!! i'm not paying that much! long night ahead....

much fun can be had distracting people from studying. you should try it.

free chick-fil-a, yippee! seems as though i always get paid in either food or beer for helping people with web sites, computers, etc. i can't complain though
funny though, how it seems I've turned into a different person recently. more the listener, less the talker, sitting back and taking it all in is my style nowadays. i can be thoroughly amused by just listening to other's conversations. i see through people a lot now, since i take the time to see them at all.
makes things kind tough sometimes, because a lot of my friends don't really know me. i sure as hell know them, but they don't know all of me. fuck it, i'm gonna go hone my hockey skills. you all should get nhl 2002, it is addictive

well, i just worked my ass off for 2 1/2 hrs...hope it paid off! all i need is a 70 to get a B in the class, and my prof. said he'd be curving the test. so i'm not anticipating making below a 70 WITH a curve. if i do, i deserve a C, eh?
off too help a guy setup a webserver for a MIST project, i'm too frickin nice sometimes. after that, i'm gonna take some more delsym and pass out for the rest of the day.

ever woken up and been completely convinced that your dream really happened for a while?
this happened to me a couple days ago, it was really weird. i was ABSOLUTELY CONVINCED i had hooked up with a good friend for a couple hours after i woke up. i got up, checked my e-mail, expecting one from her. i checked her away message, expecting one that said something re: our revelation of love, but as i the morning progressed i started to question the events (in a "i can't believe that really happened!" tone at first) of the night before. when i realized i was an quite a ways away from her, i started realizing i was just crazy.
the really odd thing is that this whole thing, the sleep, the next morning, etc, was all completely substance free. odd.

bah. calc2 final at 8am. come to think of it, all my finals are at 8am. double bah.
i have a cough that just won't go away, so i'm living with a bottle of delsym close by. maybe that's why the studying's not going so well....:-|
in some kind of bizarre effort to make the final a little less boring/wake myself up/wake everyone else up, i've decided to wear the most random shit i can find to all my finals. tomorrow i'm going for green pants and and a tye-dye shirt. photos may appear late tomorrow morning. beware.
